7. I understand that if approved, payment will be made directly to my veterinarian only after treatment is completed.
8. I understand that Paws 4 Help will not reimburse for treatments already completed before approval.
9. I agree to provide updates on my pet's health status if assistance is granted.
10. I understand that all funding decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
